Veggie Sandwich
Avocado slices mix with lettuce, cucumber and tomato to make this feel-good sandwich taste really good!
Ingredients
8 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise6 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain Honey Wheat Bread, toasted0.5 avocado, sliced8 tomato slice4 leafs leaves green leaf romaine lettuce0.5 small cucumber, cut into 8 slices
Instructions
Spread half the mayonnaise on 2 bread slices. Layer with the avocado, 2 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf. Spread 2 bread slices with the remaining mayonnaise. Place, mayonnaise-side up, on the sandwiches. Layer with the cucumber, remaining tomato slices and lettuce. Season with ground black pepper as desired. Top with the remaining bread slices.
